I am licensed in Oregon with 5 years of experience providing Therapy and 13 years of Social Work professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship issues, trauma & life transitions . I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
