I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of New York. I graduated with my Master's degree in Forensic Mental Health Counseling from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in 2017. Over the last three years I have worked with mainly adults, young adults, and teenagers. Since beginning my career I have worked with individuals who are impacted by Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Substance abuse, domestic violence, homelessness, poverty, and those with ongoing legal issues. My therapeutic approach encumbers Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, and Person-centered therapy. My goal with treatment is to assist my client's in aligning their goals with their current behaviors and thought process.
