I am a licensed clinical social worker with 4 years of clinical experience. More specifically I'm someone who sparks change and builds confidents in peoples lives. I've helped a wide array of clients with concerns such as substance abuse, family conflict, adoption, donor conception, infidelity, crisis intervention, self -harm, depression, and anxiety/ panic attacks.
My counseling style changes based on what I believe my client will be most receptive too however, my therapeutic approach is always the same, compassion focused and strengths based because I believe a therapist should be helping you build off of the positive skills you already naturally obtain. I treat all my clients with respect and dignity and enjoy building a therapeutic alliance to enhance the power of therapy!
