I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based out of Texas with 8 years practice experience and several years case management experience working in a variety of settings and a variety of Mental Health diagnosis, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, career difficulties, trauma, abuse, grief, and many different life situations.
I will work with you, meeting you where you are, to create services that best assist you by emphasizing strengths, past successes, recognizing self defeating patterns and setting goals specific to you and what you want to attain during therapy. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused therapy including Brainspotting to assist with trauma experiences and processing.
Providing solution focused treatment that is person centered and understanding that the connection between a therapist and client is very important for a successful outcome. I look forward to working with you.
