The types of therapy I primarily use are Solution Focused, Trauma Focused, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, while always providing Unconditional Positive Regard throughout interactions with clients. In over 18 years, I have helped thousands of people as a counselor and a social worker. I have worked extensively with people that have substance abuse struggles, parenting and relationship issues, and mental health difficulties (specifically trauma, bipolar, schizophrenia, anxiety and depression). I have worked with individuals, young and old, navigating concerns and working toward resolution - including with gender, sexuality, conflict, communication, values, motivation.
