If you are struggling with stress, anxiety, or depression, especially with the adjustments of this pandemic, let’s talk. I have over 13 years of experience and I will provide Biblical/Christian concepts, along with Solution-Focused therapy (SFT) in a safe and supportive counseling environment. SFT centers on the idea of honing in on solutions to promote efficient, mentally healthy solutions rather than focusing on problems and their possible origins. In addition to scheduled sessions to discuss your individual needs, I will frequently share information to assist you in building a solid foundation of selfcare and restoring balance to your life.

I am a dually Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor (LADAC) in the state of New Mexico. After raising my own children and overcoming my own depression, I returned to college and earned my Master’s Degree in Social Work at NM Highlands University. I have worked in clinical, school, and incarcerated settings with all ages (preschool through geriatric). This diversity of experience empowers appreciation for the uniqueness of each individual – I look forward to getting to know YOU.

You can message me anytime and I will respond during my next office hours. Additionally, once you submit the completed member information form, you can go to the scheduler and choose an available time slot. These slots are usually 30 minutes and are conducted by being logged in to this platform and accepting the phone/video invitation at the time of the appointment. My current office hours are Tuesday through Thursday from 9am to 12pm and 2:30-4pm (NM time).
