About

Toni received her Master of Science in Psychology in 2009 at OLLU in San Antonio, Texas. She has many years of experience working with individuals, couples, families, and youth of all ages. Toni is well aware that there is no single approach that will meet the entire need(s) of an individual, but rather a variety of techniques and modalities used in combination. Toni has been trained in Brief Solution Focused Therapy, Strategic Family Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Play Therapy. Some of the areas she helps individuals with are Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Behavioral Modification, Adjustment Disorders, and Issues with Self Esteem. Her goal is to create a safe environment where individuals can develop the tools they need in order to make change happen. Toni has a passion for helping others grow, become healthier and would love to help you make change happen.
