Hello, my name is Toni Willis I am a Mental Health Counselor with over 14 years of experience providing therapy to diverse populations. I have worked with clients who have dealt with a wide range of concerns including but not limited to depression, anxiety, stress and self-esteem issues. My hope is to partner with you through a therapeutic journey that leads you to a happier and more fulfilling life.

My therapy style is compassionate, warm and engaging. It is very important to me to respect and empower each individual to enable the confidence needed to make life changes. My approach combines humanistic and cognitive-behavioral therapy, in which we will work together to identify and reframe negative and unhelpful thoughts that may be effecting the way you feel.
