Greetings,
I am a behavioral health expert with a doctorate degree in behavioral health, as well as a clinical social work license in the state of California. I have worked in the mental & behavioral health field my entire career and I've been a licensed clinical social worker since 2006.

I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, and coping with life changes and challenges. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
