I have over 14 years of experience in a clinical setting, and my experience covers a vast cross-section of disciplines specializing in alleviating social and emotional problems. I have experience and expertise working in Mental Health Outpatient Clinics, Child Welfare, Homeless Services, and Public-School Systems.

As a mental health therapist, I specialize in depression, anxiety, women's issues, family conflict, anger management, adjustment challenges, grief/loss issues, and the diagnostic and statistical manual of mental disorders.

I believe we all have the propensity for change, and I often consider myself a "change agent. “I enjoy working with people and observing improved insights and growth through our therapeutic relationship and collaboration.
