I am dedicated to uncovering the root cause of these issues, eradicating the discomfort and transforming it into functional daily living. My diverse experiences working with individuals, couples and families has allowed me to readily create realistic opportunities for change by utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities such as CBT, Solution-Focused, and Experiential to name a few all based in Marriage and Family (MFT) theories. I love this because MFT theories were created to identify dysfunctional patterns and correct the patterns in order to create positive change. These theories can be applied to any issue!!
