About

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Arkansas. I have over five years experience working with clients of all ages in a variety of settings. I have a focus on attachment and trauma, but have also worked with a multitude of other concerns such as depression, anxiety, parenting issues, and relationship issues.

My therapy style is characterized by authenticity and an unconditional positive regard. My theoretical orientation is person-centered in combination with components of Adlerian theory. I also pull from other approaches to fit the needs of the client as well as their personal style. I believe that the therapy process starts and ends with the cultivation of a strong therapeutic relationship.
