I have spent my entire career working in social services in a variety of settings including: foster care, counseling of people aged 3 and up, including children and geriatrics, providing end of life care, and as an outpatient therapist at a mental health center. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with grief and loss, & depression. I also have experience working with coping with life changes.
