Hello, I'm Tondala, Sometimes, asking for help is difficult and you took the first step. Life can feel like a whirlwind at times and you don't know what to do or how to feel. I help a diverse group of people manage relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. We can identify the root causes and develop ways to address them. I use cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness ( meditation/breathing exercises/guided imagery) to work through our struggles and get you back to baseline or a balance you can accept. I integrate exposure therapy to reduce anxiety attacks and improve functioning with friends/family members and in the community. Life can bring you many challenges and you do not have to face them alone. I am here to help you.
