About

I have been a practicing therapist for 12 years. I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Wyoming, and a Master of Arts Counseling: Clinical Mental Health from Adams State College.

I specializes in adolescent and adult individual counseling, mindfulness, guided imagery, pain management, hypnotherapy, hypnosis, domestic violence/anger management, and I have completed training as a Dynamic Eating Coach from the Institute of Eating Psychology.

My personal approach to counseling is eclectic. I like to find the right approach for each individual. I am honored to be trusted by my clients.
