I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based n Sacramento California. My Masters degree is in Social Work from Grand Valley State University. I became Licensed with the State of California in 2012. I have been providing direct mental health and behavioral counseling for over 10 years.

My experience serving the needs of individuals and families has been in various capacities .I have worked as a Residential Therapist for teens and a Facility Social Worker for Juvenile Probation. I have also worked as a Psychiatric Hospital Social Worker and as an Outpatient Therapist.

My therapeutic style and approach is warm and interactive. I believe in treating others with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach therapeutically is Client-Centered, Strength-Based, Solution-Focused with a Cognitive- Behavioral foundation.

I believe it takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life. Taking this first step is a key ingredient that can bring about lasting change. I'm here to support and empower you on your journey.
