I am a licensed professional counselor based in Viginia with over 9 years of experience working as a therapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and substance abuse.

My therapy style is to be inviting and collaborative with my client. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and solution focused methods to acheive the best results for my clients.
