I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Mississippi with 4 years of progressive work experience. My experience includes helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, and LGBT-related concerns. I have gained this experience by guiding my clients through motivational exercises geared toward boosting self-esteem and building confidence. My goal with every client is to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Having worked with adults, I have found a client-centered approach in conjunction with cognitive behavioral therapy, aids in the client’s overall experience and understanding or trauma related events or concerns. I would value an opportunity to help you learn more about yourself and discover new and healthier ways of coping with daily life.
