My work is focused on helping people deal with life's challenges, struggles, and difficulties with particular emphasis and attention to the unique concerns and needs of men. I provide individual, marital and family counseling, counseling for relationship concerns, men's issues, adjustment disorders, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, spirituality, communication, intimacy, attachment, self-esteem difficulties, and trauma work.

My specialty area of focus is with individuals and couples whose lives have been affected by sex or pornography addiction. My goal is to help those whose lives have been damaged by compulsive sexual behaviors to make healthy, strong connections with themselves, with others, and with God, the Universe, a Higher Power, and the Transcendent,

My approach to counseling is as if I am a companion on a hike with you or a journey you are taking. My goal is to accompany you in a supportive, engaging, and caring way so as to help you identify and overcome challenges and struggles and to build upon the strengths you have. It is my hope that I will walk with you, not telling you where to go or what to do, but to allow you to clearly identify the path you need to travel and to have confidence in your ability to traverse that pathway.
