I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 30 years of professional work experience. I am ethically and personally committed to helping you meet your personal goals. Change is hard, but it is my belief that every person has the capacity for growth. I work to meet you where you are and create a safe space for hope and change to begin.
I utilize strengths-based, Solution Focused therapy as the basis for my work while integrating other clinical approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. Emphasis is placed on existing client strengths.
