I consider myself, to be a laid-back "real", light-hearted but direct therapist. Most of experience comes from working with children and fathers. I am husband and a father of two teenagers and have a lot of real world / life experiences that I have to offer. I am licensed in Washington with 4 years of professional work experience. My professional experience has focused on working with “at risk” or historically underserved youth and communities. Additional experience includes over five years working with Children's Administration (DCYF) and over 2 years of working with individuals impacted by the justice system. Additionally, I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, anger management, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, & depression. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
