Tobey Schilling, PMHNP-BC, FNP, LPC, RN, MCAT, CMT-BC, CHHC Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Tobey Schilling is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner, licensed professional counselor, certified music therapist, and certified holistic health counselor. She did her master's level education in the Philadelphia area. Ms. Schilling sees patients across the lifespan from youth to adults. Ms. Schilling has been working in the mental health field as a psychiatric nurse practitioner for the past 9 years and as a therapist for the past 25 years. She incorporates the Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing Scope of Practice by promoting mental health through assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of psychiatric, behavioral, and comorbid conditions. Ms. Schilling focuses on the integration of psychiatry, healthy eating, and therapy and works to assist the patient to achieve balance in his or her life.
