Now that you are here, I want to welcome you. My name is Tishounna, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Psychotherapist, Wife, Mother, Daughter, Friend and Believer in all things good. Through person-centered therapy, I am here to serve you, your family and your marriage/relationship. If you’re looking for a Transparent, Truthful and Trusting therapist, look no further. As an experienced clinician with 16 years in this profession, I’ve had the opportunity to provide direct services to individuals from various backgrounds. My plan is to provide mental wellness through therapy and education to assist in goal setting and goal attainment. It is my view that all individuals have good qualities and the capacity to change. In addition, I believe that negative thinking has a strong effect on people’s behaviors and if they can shift their thinking to a positive mode, they will be motivated and susceptible to pleasant outcomes.
