About
My approach to therapy has largely been informed by my deeply held personal values and beliefs in the significance of every person as the expert of their own lives, that we all have the power within ourselves to move toward meaningful and authentic change, and how life-changing experiences such as validation and fostering personal power can be. I utilize an integrative perspective that has a foundation in Feminist and client-centered theories, and work collaboratively with each client to adapt my approach individually based on their needs. I aim to provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients feel they can be unapologetically themselves. I believe in the value of compassionate and gentle challenge and offering of different perspectives, so that the therapy space may be an environment where we can grow and create meaningful change in our lives. I am passionate about working with adults belonging to marginalized communities and those navigating identity exploration and/or relationship difficulties.
