I am licensed in Florida with 10 years of professional direct care work experience and an additional 6 years of administrative work experience in both mental health and substance abuse treatment. I have experience in helping individuals work through varied challenges, some to include limited motivation, self-esteem struggles, depression, anxiety and more. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming the aspects that challenge you. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and peaceful life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
