Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor in the state of Texas and have over 6 years of counseling experience. During that time, I have worked with clients with a wide variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, anger management, relationship issues, career challenges, and life transitions. I have also worked as an Advocate and Counselor for survivors of domestic violence and sexual abuse. My certification as a Rehabilitation Counselor has provided me with a specialization in working with individuals that have a variety of disabilities, both physical and mental.

My counseling style focuses on building a genuine and trusting therapeutic relationship. I aim to create a space where you will feel safe to be open and authentic, without fear of judgement. I believe that you are the expert in your life and will follow your lead throughout the session providing support, empathy and compassion . The primary therapeutic approaches that I use are Person-Centered and Cognitive- Behavioral, however I tailor our sessions and treatment plan to meet your individual needs.

From childhood, I have always known that I wanted to spend my life helping others and I feel extremely blessed to be able to fulfill that goal through my work as a Counselor.
