Hello, Thanks for taking a minute to read this, nice to meet you! I am a licensed counselor and I live in Maine. I have over 35 years of experience working as a psychotherapist , social worker and mediator. I've lived in California, Vermont, New Hampshire and now Maine. I have worked with people with a wide range of concerns and life stumbling blocks. We all have issues that cause us concern , confusion and feelings of emotional pain, we can work on that together. I have a broad range of experience and have helped many folks over the years with issues including depression, anxiety, relationships, parenting, life coaching, career challenges, divorce, addictions, and codependency.
My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines solution focused , brief therapy that is goal oriented . We will tailor our dialog and counseling plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
