I am a Community Counselor with over 15 years experience. I have worked in many different environments such as private outpatient clinics, in-home therapy, and psychiatric units. I have worked with all different age groups. The youngest client was 3 years old. The oldest client was 93. I generally use Cognitive Behavioral therapy techniques; however I utilize what the person needs to help with change. My specialties include working with grief/loss and change of life issues, depression and bipolar disorders, and stress.
