About

I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) licensed in North Carolina with over 8 years of experience working as a clinician in multiple settings. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, family conflict and parenting issues. I also helped many people who have experienced physical, emotional or sexual abuse.
My counseling style is very open-minded, warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, motivational interviewing and mindfulness interventions.
