I believe that trust, authenticity, and openness create a strong therapeutic relationship and make therapy effective. Together we can find solutions and develop skills to navigate life’s twists and turns. I specialize in working with individuals who have struggled with multiple mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, and trauma. My therapy approaches include Person-Centered, Strengths-Based Perspective, Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). However, there is no one-size fits all approach to therapy; the services I provide are always tailored to fit my client’s goals.
