As an integrative therapist with 20 years of experience, I combine traditional psychotherapy techniques with energy psychology techniques to enhance your creation of a new approach to resolving what challenges you. Understanding the role of the mind/body integration process has led to my extensive and consistent continuing education process in EMDR, EFT/Tapping, Somatic Therapies, and mindfulness approach. This has allowed me to effectively work with clients to resolve long-standing thought processes and traumatic responses. I’ll approach you with collaboration in mind while gently challenging you to reflect and explore what motivates you to function as you do, even when you know it’s no longer adaptive. As a spouse of an active-duty military member, I have also developed a unique sensitivity to the challenges of this lifestyle.
