I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida with over 12 years of experience. I’ve worked with different populations in my career including veterans, older adults, young adults and teens, men, women and members of the LGBTQ+ community. No matter your background, I'd like to reassure you that I offer a safe, affirming, non-judgmental space where you will be heard. Over the years I've worked with clients facing a number of different challenges including anxiety, depression, history of trauma, borderline personality disorder, bipolar disorder, substance abuse, relationship issues, stress, overwhelm and burnout to name a few. In therapy, I use best practices including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) which have been proved to be the most effective in managing mental health symptoms.
