Hello, My name is Tina, Licensed Clinician Social Worker (LCSW), licensed in North Carolina, with 5 years of experience working with adults, children/teens, and families. I received my Masters In Social Worker from the University of Southern California. My experience ranges in working with clients ages 3- 40 years old with concerns that include Anger Management, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Grief, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) related to trauma, Autism, Oppositional Defiance Disorder (ODD), Stress/Anxiety, Conduct Disorder (CD), and Self-esteem.

As a therapist, my goal is to provide a safe environment where people feel comfortable to talk about their concerns, while also producing positive change through acceptance, empathy, and trust. It is my belief that you are the expert in your life, I will help you find ways to utilize your strength to overcome your challenges moving you from your current situation to where you want to be.

Modalities include Client-Centered, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive-Behavioral, Solution-Focused, and Eye Movement Desensitization, and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.
