I have helped individuals struggling with problems related to anxiety, stress management, relationships, self-esteem, substance abuse, sexuality, and trauma for over a decade to transform their lives. I use a style of therapy that is professional, empathic, direct, challenging, and empowering, all the while finding moments to make things fun and light. I have a variety of different experiences in the field that also inform my work, including my serving as an assistant mental health director. I use approaches that are the most impactful for who I am working with including cognitive-behavioral therapy. Goals are client driven with the hope that everyone is motivated and ready to do the work to get where they want to be.
