I offer a unique blend of relational psychotherapy, mindfulness, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and narrative therapy. I help clients cope with trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression, and other issues. What is your approach to therapy? My practice goals are to instill and encourage hope, to combat despair and shame, and to assist clients in living their best lives on their own terms, as fully, resonantly, and radiantly as possible. I work with all populations, and have an especial interest in the struggles and issues of the young. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? I will work with you to create an empathic, safe, warm, and curious environment in which you will feel free to share--with me and, especially, yourself--the issues and difficulties that led you to seek care. I will not judge you, and will work with you to recognize and revise negative self-judgments and harmful patterns of thought. There will also be humor and, I hope, joy.
