I am licensed in Washington with 3 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping geeky clients with stress and anxiety, lgbt-related issues, & trauma and abuse. I hold a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University (CACREP Accredited) and hold APA-endorsed certifications as a Certified Geek Therapist and a Certified Therapeutic Dungeon Master. I have successfully run roleplaying groups to help facilitate understanding of the Cognitive Behavioral Framework and the Processing of Trauma.
