I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 40 years’ experience working with people from all different backgrounds who are struggling with a wide variety of challenges. I have experience treating: marital issues, depression, mood swings, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, LGBTQ+ issues, substance abuse, and addiction problems.
Treatment Philosophy: I promise to meet you where you are at and to provide a safe space for you to be yourself. I want you to know that you will never be judged by me. My ultimate goal is to help you to become the best version of you possible. After all, this life isn’t a dress rehearsal; this is your one and only chance to live your life as you want it to be.
