Hi, I have been licensed to provide mental health services for 12+ years. I use various treatment approaches, based on you and your unique needs, to cope with mood symptoms, unique relationship and trauma histories, and severe mental health problems. It's my hope- should you choose to work with me-- that you and I both are proud of the work we do together, that we each respect that long-lasting change in your life takes time, and ultimately, that my role in your life (for as long as we work together) is to provide additional and needed support in your life.
