My name is Tiffany Viveros and I am excited to be a part of Grow Therapy! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas and have been in private practice for almost 15 years. I have also been a math teacher, a technology teacher and a volleyball, basketball and track coach. My teaching and coaching background influences the way that I work with clients which means that I tend to strategize, set goals, and be more direct than most (from what I've been told). I have worked with a variety of concerns however I primarily find myself living within the constructs of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I am privileged to have worked with adolescents, individuals, couples and families and hope to have the opportunity to work with you too!
