Hi! Thank you for your interest! I became a counselor 15 years ago because I am passionate about walking with others through their journey and supporting individuals looking for more fulfillment in life. I primary work with veterans and individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression and ADHD, and I am trained in EMDR as well as other evidenced based practices for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. My approach is to provide my clients the support they need as they explore their stressors and emotions and seek ways to improve their daily life. It is important to me that clients be comfortable with me and the process. Personal growth is a courageous and vulnerable experience and my goal is to support you and be a resource to you in that journey.

I typically spend my work time seeing clients, participating in research projects, managing a private practice, and working as an adjunct professor. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my kids, working out, unwinding with friends or finding a good show on Netflix. I also enjoy traveling, spending time outdoors and trying new things.
