I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) and Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist-Associate (LCAS-A) in the state of North Carolina. I have experience working with clients dealing with a variety of issues. My passion is working with client’s who are struggling with pornography and sexual addictions. I also enjoy working with client’s who are struggling with depression, anxiety, parental issues, divorce, marital and relationship issues. I want to guide you through your journey and help you find meaning and purpose along the way, by assisting you with increasing self-awareness and building self-esteem.

I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as CBT explores how thoughts and feelings drives behavior. I have over ten years of experience in the mental health field and over four years of professional counseling experience. In addition, I have personal life experiences with some of the very things that you may be dealing with, either with self or loved ones. I know what it’s like to be in dark seasons of life and don’t see the light at the end of the tunnel. I know how it feels to feel like no one cares or you don’t have anyone to turn too, even when you may be surrounded by thousands of people. I know the hamster wheel of life’s cycles that make you feel stagnant in life, like you are not going anywhere or making progress. I want to tell you that there is hope and there is light at the end of the tunnel. I know because I was able to find that hope and I have experienced that light at the end of the tunnel after many years of being in the dark.
