I work with folks to process trauma, develop a deeper connection with themselves, and understand the impact their relationships have on their mental health. I help people pleasers, perfectionists, and overachievers learn how to stop overfunctioning and set healthier boundaries. I also specialize in working with BIPOC and queer folks to heal from trauma in a world that continues to be traumatizing. Life can feel scary and uncertain. Fortunately, we do not have to go through it alone.
