I am a passionate therapist who has been around the block once or twice. I have experience myself in everything I work on with my clients-depression, anxiety, addiction, life purpose, self-care to name a few. I graduated from one of the best social work programs at University of Southern California. This means that I have the education to back up my real world experience. I love working with and helping others through rough times, I will be there with you, 100%, we will get through this together.

Working through your concerns through this Find A Therapist platform is a great way for you to process through situations you are facing.
As your therapist, I will use a variety of modalities. Typically, I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). CBT focuses on your thoughts and how they influence your feelings/emotions and how those impact your behavior. DBT focuses on emotion regulation, mindfulness and distress tolerance.

Messaging is asynchronous, meaning it's not done in real time. I respond to messages Monday through Friday. Live sessions are available too. Regarding scheduling, if you cannot find a time on my schedule that doesn’t fit with yours, just message me and I’ll find a time that works for you!
