I have practiced counseling for 10 years working primarily with Family's, Parents and Adolescents suffering from various disorders ranging from Depression, Anxiety, Mood Disorders, ADHD and Trauma Related Issues.
My counseling style is warm, empathetic, passionate and culturally sensitive. I take a client centered approach, using cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused, action orientated and brief solution focused therapy approaches to reach personal goals.
