I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), practicing for over ten years, helping people to solve their personal, relationship, and family problems and take steps to improve their lives. I also help people better manage work stress and various other daily pressure points in their lives. My style of therapeutic work is an integrated approach that is supportive, collaborative and strength focused. Most often, I utilize Cognitive Behavioral (including trauma-informed intervention), Person-Centered, and Motivational Interviewing. I work with my clients to build a trusting relationship, built on respect and motivation to help live the best life possible.
