I am a US Army veteran and Licensed Professional Counselor with over 10 years of clinical experience. I am trauma- informed and EMDR-trained. I have worked with veterans, first responders, and their families to assist them with navigating trauma, depression, and anxiety.
I define therapy as a partnership in which we work together to help with healing and growing from impactful events along our journey. I understand that in order for us to explore some of these impactful events, there is a need to build rapport through understanding, trust, respect, and acceptance.
