Hi! My name is Tiffany Nicole Brown and it's been a great joy to work as a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in California. In my experience, clients are the expert of their own lives and a therapist is a navigator. A good therapeutic relationship involves building trust, collaboration, authenticity, vulnerability and identifying optimal solutions. It is my goal to partner with my clients and assist with developing healthy responses to challenging life experiences. In our therapeutic relationship, we will explore ways to navigate through challenges, face fears, heal what hurts and manage obstacles that are preventing you from living your best life.

I have 10 years of experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, families and groups. My work has been diverse to include therapy for individuals of many cultures and backgrounds. In more recent years, my work has been with individuals managing depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, issues related to racial identity, and issues related to religion.
