I am a licensed mental health counselor with over a decade of experience working with individuals and families facing a variety of challenges, including relationships, substance abuse, and significant life transitions. I believe that everyone has the potential to live a happy and fulfilling life, and I am passionate about helping people reach their full potential.

I use a variety of evidence-based approaches to therapy, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based stress reduction, and solution-focused therapy. I believe that the most important part of therapy is the therapeutic relationship, and I strive to create a safe and supportive space where my clients can feel comfortable exploring their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.

I am committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care to all of my clients. I am independently licensed to practice in Florida, Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia. As a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), I am invested in upholding best practices through the lenses of trauma informed care.
