Ms. Tiffany Dobbins is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHP) and an Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS) in Virginia with a diverse professional background in the Criminal Justice System and Mental Health Counseling field. She has experience providing services at the local probation level, as a Sexual Assault Advocate, Intensive In Home Counselor and Supervisor and Mental Health Skill Building Services Supervisor. She has experience working with children, adolescents and adults coping with mental illness and overall life challenges. Her goal is to meet individuals where they are in life and assist them with developing and implementing coping skills so they can be the best version of themselves.

Depending on the individual and their goals for therapy, Ms. Dobbins’ treatment approaches vary. She uses Person Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Behavioral Modification Therapy when working with individuals coping with issues such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, LGBTQ+ issues, self-esteem issues and anger management issues.
