Hi, my name is Tiffany Conner and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have 5 years experience working with children, parents, youth, teens, adults, couples and families. I am experienced in working with anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD in youth and adults as well as adjustment disorders. I utilize a client centered approach and believe that meeting the client where they are is the best place to start to begin building on the strengths and resources they currently possess. My approach is integrative so as to benefit the client as best as I am able in order to promote and support their healing and growth through the therapeutic process. I believe in working with a mind, body and spirit connection.
